There are two changes to the Laois hurling team for Sunday’s trip to Austin Stack Park in Tralee to play Kerry in the final group game of this season’s Leinster SHC Round Robin.
Injury has forced Cahir Healy and Willie Dunphy out with Ben Conroy and Aaron Dunphy the ones to come in in their place.
There has been a number of positional switches however. Lee Cleere drops back to corner-back with Cha Dwyer reverting to centre-back and Matthew Whelan going to the wing.
Ben Conroy comes back in at centre-forward with Paddy Whelan coming out to wing-forward and Aaron Dunphy making his first championship start in a full-forward line alongside Neil Foyle and Stephen Maher.
The Kerry team has also been named and shows three changes from the side that Laois beat after extra time in the Division 1B relegation playoff last month.
Clare native Patrick Kelly is out having gone off against Meath in the opening round while Daniel Collins and Bryan Murphy also make way. Rory Horgan, Mikey Boyle and Brendan O’Leary are the three to come in.
