Emo made it back to back wins in ACFL Division 1B this evening thanks a narrow win away over Arles-Kilcruise in extremely wet conditions.

Goals from Glenn Brophy and Shane Murphy were key as Emo moved up to fourth in the table and just one point behind Killeshin and Portarlington who are joint second.

Emo led 1-5 to 1-4 at the break, Arles’s goal coming from veteran Chris Conway.

And Emo did just enough to stay ahead throughout the second half.
