Gardaí appeal for witnesses after several cars damaged


Gardaí are appealing for information after several cars were damaged in Portlaoise recently.

The first incident occurred on Main Street in Portlaoise at around 1.30am on Saturday night when a wing mirror was kicked off a car.

The second took place on Sunday on Railway Street when a vehicle had two tyres slashed as it was parked up between 9am and 9pm.

While the third incident took place in Clonkeen in Fairgreen when a spare tyre was stolen from the boot of a car sometime between 8am and 8pm also on Sunday.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with any information to call Portlaoise Gardaí at 057 86 74100.
