The rain didn’t dampen the spirits at the Midlands Donkey Derby in Ballacolla on Sunday as those in attendance were treated to a whole range of entertainment including dog shows, sheep shearing, a Poc Fada, a Fittest Family and, of course, the Donkey Derby itself.
