Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh to speak in Ballyfin tonight

The renowned GAA man gave an insight into his experiences in the sport

Legendary GAA commentator Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh will be giving a passion-filled talk in the Deadman’s Inn in Ballyfin tonight at 7.30pm.

Mícheál will be speaking to Ballyfin Junior Ladies ahead of their county final on Saturday but the event is open to all who wish to go.

Join the ‘voice of GAA’ as he shares his 60 years of experience in this very special event.

There will be a small €5 fee, all of which will go to Mícheál’s chosen charity.

Mícheál’s experience in the GAA is like no other. His commentating career spanned six decades and earned him a place in the Guinness World Book of Records.

The Ballyfin Ladies footballers will hope to soak up his words of wisdom before they take on St Joseph’s in the junior championship county final on Saturday 19 in Acragar, Mountmellick.
