New housing development planned for Kilminchy

New houses planned for Kilminchy

Planning permission has been sought for 10 new houses in Portlaoise.

Raven Construction has submitted an application for the development at Lake Drive, Kilminchy in the town.

The 16 houses will be split up into two different types of developments.

There will be all two-storey dwellings made up of 4 four-bed semi-detached houses and 6 three-bed semi detached houses.

The news comes along with the proposal to build 36 houses on the other side of the town.

Bryan Reilly has submitted an application for the development at Borris Little in Portlaoise.

There will be 4 four-bed semi-detached units and 6 three-bed semi-detached houses.

While the bulk of the development will consist of 14 three-bed semi-detached units which are slightly different to the aforementioned ones.
