Property Watch: What type of house can you buy on a budget of €300k in Laois

On this week’s Property Watch, we will be focusing on property around Laois. The areas included in this week’s feature are: Ballylinan, Killenard, Camross, Portlaoise and Abbeyleix.

The price range for this week was €250,000 to €300,000 and it seems that most properties in this price range are four bedroom detached houses. Some situated within towns and some in the country side.
