Last chance to go up against Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor

Phil Taylor

Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor is set to Portlaoise’s Killeshin Hotel to take part in one of the biggest exhibitions of his Irish tour this weekend.

The 16-time champion of the world will throw on Sunday April 22.

On the night the Power will not only play a selection of local talent, but will also take part in the Q7A session with the audience and a Meet & Greet.

In order to Play the Power, the last couple of player’s tickets are up for grabs this week in Napper Tandy’s, Stradbally and The Pub, Mountrath in the 101 challenge in aid of The Shaen Hospital Patient’s Fund.

Hit 101 or more in 6 darts to be in with a chance to win a VIP ticket and the highest scorer in each bar will get to play the legendary 16 time world champion.

The Power should have plenty to say on the night during his Q&A session, given the recent passing of his friend and mentor Eric Bristow, his first few months into semi-retirement, his recent forays into soft-tip darts and the upcoming World Matchplay Championships, of which Taylor is the reigning champion.

Tickets for the event are still available from Celtic Comics, Main Street Mountrath and online at: http://ticketstop.ie/view.php?id=1761
