Kathleen McDonald (nee Temple) Colliers View, Colliers Lane, Portlaoise, and late of Loughteague, Stradbally and Cloughan, Co.Offaly peacefully at The Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise on 18th May in the presence of her loving family . Sadly missed by her husband John Joe and her much loved daughter Patricia, sister Phyllis, nephews, brothers in law, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her home from 5pm. this Sunday evening. Removal from her home on Monday evening at approx. 7.15pm to arrive at The Holy Cross Church Rathneskia for 8pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am. Interment to follow in the adjoining Cemetery.

Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Brookhaven Nursing Home, Ballyragget. Husband of the late Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving children Deirdre, Gemma, Louise and Raymond, sister Kack, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Brookhaven Nursing home from 4.00pm on Saturday evening with Rosary at 8.00pm. Removal to Holy Trinity Church, Durrow on Sunday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to St. Vincent De Paul.

Peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore. Husband of the late Patsy. Deeply regretted by his loving children, Michael, Mary, Lar and Anne, brother, daughter in law, son in law, brother in law, sisters in law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at his daughter Mary’s house, Dunmore from 6.00pm on Thursday evening. Rosary on Friday evening at 8.00pm. Removal on Saturday morning to Holy Trinity Church Durrow for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Broughla, Clonaslee, Laois

Mary Hogan (Nee Scully), Broghla, Clonaslee Co. Laois. Died on the 17th of May 2018, Peacefully at Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her infant son.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Peter and heart-broken family, Colm, Leo (Carlow), Maree McCabe (Tullamore), Raymond, Fiona Kelly, Derek, Aidan, Yvonne Norris (Cappincur) and Fergal. Fondly remembered by her 20 grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her brother Brendan, sons-in-law Michael, Christy, and Patrick, Daughters-in-law Joan, Denise, Martina, Ann Marie, and Josie, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her residence on Friday from 4pm with rosary at 9pm. Reposing on Saturday from 4pm with rosary at 9pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12 noon in St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee, followed by burial afterwards in St. Manman’s Cemetery, Clonaslee.

Lila Phelan (nee Higgins), The Fairways, Abbeyleix, Co. Laois. Died 17th. May 2018. Peacefully at her home. Predeceased by her brothers Padraic and Sean, sister Annette (Moran). Deeply regretted by her husband Kieran, son Mark, daughters Aideen and Ciara daughter-in-law Ann-Marie, sisters Marie, Rita and Bernadette, grandchildren, son-in-law Joe, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Lila Rest In Peace. Funeral Mass this Sunday morning, May 20th, in St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown at 10.30 o’c, with burial immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Abbeyleix. House Private Please.

Sean died at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin after a short ilness bravely borne. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons Michael, John and Tom, daughters Marie, Therese and Breda, brother Tom, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Betty, Delia, Catherine and Pauline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at his residence from 5pm on Wednesday evening with Rosary at 9pm. House Private from 5.30 on Thursday evening with Removal from his residence on Thursday evening at 7.30 to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballinakill arriving at 8 oc. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 am followed by interment in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Ballinakill. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Webb Ward Tallaght Hospital.
