Crowds take to Telfords for massive four day sale

The good weather and promises of huge discounts brought the crowds to Telford’s Portlaoise for their annual May sale.

Crowds flooded to Fr Brown Avenue and with major reductions  on gardening and other appliances to use in the good weather, people were keen to avail of the bargains.

Spokesperson Olive Cuddy talked about the main items they expect to go quickly over the four days.

“The May sale is one of our busiest weekends. The weather is definitely a bonus this year as it’s gardening time for many people,” said Olive.

The Sales and Marketing specialist said they expect the 55 inch HD LG television to go well, as it is gone down from €999 to €599.

She also expects Samsung tablets and iPhones to sell quickly and mentioned another new exciting technological product.

Drones

A limited stock of drones are available only for €99 over the four days. There will also be demonstations in a number of products like DeWalt, Hitachi and Einheil over the weekend.
