A place in the Laois SFC final is up for grabs in O’Moore Park this afternoon when the two semi-finals are decided.
Champions Portlaoise take on St Joseph’s in the opening game with Portlaoise seeking to reach their 12th final in a row and in search of an 11th title in 12 years.
Joseph’s on the other hand are aiming for a first final appearance since 2002 and haven’t been in the winner’s enclosure since 2000.
That game throws in at 2pm. Portlaoise are 1/10 to win that one with St Joseph’s at 13/2.
The bookies can’t decide what way to call the second one with O’Dempsey’s and Graiguecullen both available at even money. That throws in at 3.30pm.
Graiguecullen, without a senior title since 1965, are aiming for a first final appearance since 2011 while O’Dempsey’s haven’t been in a final since 1983 and their last success was in 1980.
Our blog will track both games and you can keep in touch with all here no matter what part of the world you’re in.
