27 new houses set to come to Laois village

This is certainly good news for the village of Ballybrittas.

Hybla Transport Ltd  have submitted planning permission for a housing development in the area.

They plan to build 27 houses in Tullaghan, Ballybrittas. This is directly beside the Graigavern housing estate.

The 27 residential dwellings will be made up of three different types of houses.

These include 12 three storey semi-detached houses, ten two storey semi-detached dwellings and five two storey terrace houses.

The site will also consist of public open spaces, 54 car parking spaces and a new vehicular entrance.

There will also be a pedestrian access and footpaths, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping treatments, lighting and drainage works.
