As ever, Rathdowney’s St Patrick’s Day held their high standards and equally high spirits.
A superb local effort was put in by all patrons in this year’s parade.
St Patrick himself made his way through the main street to bless the town on this special day.
Bikers, Rathdowney-Errill club men, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Clover United and St Brigid’s camogie club were among those leading the proceedings through the town.
Starting from St Fergal’s College, young and old involved in the parade were cheered through the tow by avid onlookers.
