Formerly Ardboe, Co. Tyrone. Beloved husband of Órla and dear father of Torin, Aisling, Annie, Raymond, Nadine and Aaron. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, mother, sisters, in-laws, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Paul’s remains will be reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy, on Saturday the 23rd March from 5pm until conclusion of prayers, which begin at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 1pm on Sunday the 24th in St. Mary’s Church, Wolfhill. Private cremation afterwards. Family flowers only please.

Michael (Mick) Wall
Tullacommon, Donaghmore, Laois

Wall, Tullacommon, Donaghmore and formerly Killadooley, Co. Laois. March 22nd 2019. Peacefully at Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise. Michael (Mick), predeceased by his wife Margaret and his son Gerard. Sadly missed by his daughters Ann and Mary and his sons Michael and Frank, son-in-law Tommy, daughters-in-law Bernie and Ellen, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home (Tullacommon) on Saturday from 3 o’clock with rosary at 8 o’clock. Funeral prayers on Sunday evening at 3 o’clock followed by removal to Killasmeestia Church for Funeral Mass at 4pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Clare Laherty (née Williams)
Whiteswall E41 K462, Galmoy, Kilkenny/Errill, Laois

Laherty (nee Williams) (Whiteswall, Galmoy, Co. Kilkenny E41 K462 and late of Rossmore, Errill, Co. Laois) 22nd March 2019, peacefully, at home in the tender care of her family and her home care team, Clare, predeceased by her dear daughter Anna, beloved wife of Tony and much loved mother of Sinéad, Tim and Sarah, sadly missed by her husband and children, sisters Mary, Ina, Catherine and Margaret, mother-in-law Addie, aunts, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday (24th March) from 3 o’clock with Rosary at 7 o’clock. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Immaculate Assumption, Galmoy, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private on Monday please. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

Annie Delaney (née Keegan)
Ballygormill, Timahoe, Laois

Annie Delaney (nee Keegan), Ballygormill, Timahoe, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Died the 22nd of March 2019, peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Paddy and never forgotten children Kathleen and Charlie.

Annie will be sadly missed by her loving family, Sheila, Mairead, James, Pat, John, Brendan and Anne Marie, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law Nora and Bernie, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home from 12 noon on Saturday with Rosary at 8pm. Full funeral details later.

Patrick (Paddy) Hayden
12 Church Avenue, Stradbally, Laois

Patrick (Paddy) Hayden, Church Avenue, Stradbally, Laois passed away peacefully on 21st March at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise in the company of his devoted family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret and daughter Kathleen. Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his family, daughters, Theresa, Mary and Elizabeth, sons John and Pat, sister Theresa, brother John, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home from 2pm Saturday with recital of the Rosary at 8pm on Sunday night. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in The Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally, followed by interment in Oakvale Cemetery.

Blackrock, Dublin/Durrow, Laois

MAC NULTY – FARRELL, (née O’Brien) Anne (Blackrock, Co. Dublin, formerly of Durrow, Co. Laois and Ex. ALT Cabin Crew) – March 21, 2019 in the Blackrock Clinic after a long and terrible illness, bravely borne. Beloved wife of Gerry, much loved mother of Aisling, Evan and Darragh ; Hugely missed by her loving family, siblings Cathal, Marnie, Seamus, Joan, Sean and Geraldine, Kerri and granddaughter Freya, all her in-laws, stepchildren and step-grandchildren and by all her very many friends, cabin and flt crew.

Reposing at her home on Sunday, 24th March, between 5pm and 8pm for close friends and family only. Funeral Mass on Monday, March 25th, at 10am in Church of Our Lady of Assumption, Booterstown with cremation thereafter in Mount Jerome Crematorium. No Flowers. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Cancer Research.

Máire Hughes (nee Hegarty) Garrykennedy, Portroe, Nenagh Co. Tipperary & formerly of Bawnboy/Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully in the loving care of Milford Hospice (March 20th 2019). Deeply regretted by her loving husband Jim,  ex Borris Road, Portlaoise, daughters Crona, Orla, & Mary, sons Niall, Joe, & Jim, sisters Kitty (Dolan), Deirdre (Forde), Emir (Mc Niffe) & Fionnuala (Mc Niffe), sons-in-law John, Finian, & Gary, daughters-in-law Dara, Claire & Aysel, her adored grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, neices, relatives & many friends.

Rest in peace. Reposing at her home in Garrykennedy (eircode E45 PY79) on Thursday evening from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to Portroe Church on Friday morning at 10.45am for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to Milford Hospice.

Marian Ave., Portlaoise, Laois

Daly (nee Osbone) Marian Ave., Portlaoise and recently in the tender care of Ballard Lodge Nursing Home. 20th March 2019 In her 92nd year. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at The Regional Hosp., Portlaoise. Mary, beloved wife of the late Tom and mother of the late Maureen. Dearly loved mother to Kieran (Liverpool), Catherine Fitzgerald, Anne Price (Waterford) and Paula Nurney. Cherished grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughter-in-law Carol, sons-in-law Tim, Seamus and Mossey, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, former colleagues at St. Fintan’s Hosp., relatives, great neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home on Thursday from 6 pm with rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Friday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 10 am Requiem Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise. Family flowers only.
