Laois hurling team announced for Joe McDonagh clash with Kerry

The Laois senior hurlers have announced their starting team for this weekend’s meeting against Kerry.

There is one change on the team which started in the round two game against Antrim.

Aaron Dunphy comes onto the team at wing-forward, while Cha Dwyer is named at midfield alongside John Lennon.

Jack Kelly slots into the wing-back role in place of Lee Cleere.

What will come as a relief to Laois supporters is that Mark Kavanagh, who picked up an injury at training on Monday evening, is down to start on Eddie Brennan’s side this weekend.

Laois play Kerry in Austin Stack Park, Tralee, on Saturday June 8 at 3pm.
