The August Bank Holiday in Stradbally can only mean one thing – the Steam Rally!
The well-established festival is now in its 55th year and is the oldest event on the Irish Steam and Vintage calendar.
Exhibitors travel from all over Ireland and some from Europe to take part.
There are also a selection of demonstrations including blacksmiths, sheepdogs, agility dogs and from the local Dunamaise Beekeepers.
In addition to the ever-popular stalls, there’s also a number of food options on the Cosby Estate site that is also counting down the days to this year’s Electric Picnic.
Young local photographer Ross Molloy was on hand to capture a selection of great images on Sunday as punters enjoyed the fare.
And with the weather looking much better today, there should be another good atmosphere again.
Entry is €10 per adult and €5 for children over 10. Children under 10 are free. Gates open from 10am.
You can check out a selection of Ross’s great images here.
