TV star Majella O’Donnell, wife of country music superstar Daniel, was speaking at a Laois Hospice Foundation Public Meeting recently.
The talk took place in the Killeshin Hotel, October 16, in Portlaoise.
There was a big crowd there to listen to Mrs O’Donnell as she spoke about the work of the hospice.
The talk was all about the developments that the hospice will be making in the coming years.
Laois Hospice Foundation has helped to provide a palliative care service for Cancer patients, whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment.
The talk was listened to by a very inquisitive crowd from all over the county of Laois.
