Fitzpatrick (nee Dunne) Annfield Terrace, Portlaoise. January 10th 2020. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Carmel, beloved wife of James and dearly loved mother to Lorraine, James, Barry and Tracey. Cherished grandmother to Keeva, Rhys, Kayla and Hayley. Deeply regretted by her loving family, brothers David and Billy, sisters Marie, and Joshephine, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home from 6.30pm on Satuday with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Sunday morning to SS Peter and Paul’s Church to arrive for 12.30pm Requiem Mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise

Archie Raeside, Shannon Road, Mountrath, Co. Laois and late of Benbulbin Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12. Jan. 9. 2020. ( President of the U.N. Veteran Association Post No 27 Portlaoise). Peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise after a long illness bravely bourne. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie, children Eugene, Catherine (Branigan), Martin, Archie, Bernadette and Christina (Nina), brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Guilfoyle’s Funeral Home Castletown, Mountrath (Eircode R32 TN84) this Monday evening (Jan. 13th.) from 4 o’c with rosary in the funeral home at 8 o’c. Removal on Tuesday morning (Jan. 14th.) at 10.40 o’c to St. Fintan’s Church Mountrath (EirCode R32 X338) for Funeral Mass at 11 o’c with buial immediately afterwards in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath.

Sheridan (nee Bergin) (Walkinstown and formerly of Abbeyleix) – Jan 9, 2020, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family, at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Eileen, beloved wife of the late Thomas and dear mother of Thomas, Edward, James, Paul (deceased), Nuala, Paraic, Vincent, Frank, Gerard, Cecil, Maria and Gordon; Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, twin sister Agnes, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Monday to the Church of the Assumption of the BVM, Walkinstown arriving for 10am Mass. Deeply regretted by her loving family, brother Marty, sister Sheila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her residence from 5pm this Friday evening with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Saturday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, for 10am requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portaoise.

Formerly Droughill, Portarlington – Ex E.S.B. and Ex Army. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family. Husband of the late Rosie. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sheila, children Sharon (Dale), Aidan, Nigel, Audrey , Andrew, Lorraine and Tracy, grandchildren Evan and Emma, brother Bill, sister Mary (Lowry), sons in law John and Ken, brother in law Tim.

Removal on Saturday morning (Jan. 11th.) at 10.15 o’c to St. Fintan’s Church Mountrath (Via Paddock and Lower Sconce) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’c with burial immediately afterwards in St. Fintan’s Cemetery Mountrath.

Joseph died peacefully, with his family and the staff of Stewarts Care on 6th January 2020. Predeceased by his father Joe, mother Tess. Joe will be sadly missed by his sister Rose, brothers Seanie and Gerry, brother-in-law Sean, sister-in-law Kathleen, nephews, nieces, grandnephew, grandnieces, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Remains reposing at the Llittle Chapel Stewarts Care from 3pm Wednesday, 8th January, with prayers at 4pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 11am to St. Manchan’s Church Boher, Ballycumber for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
