The Leinster U-20 football championship final between Laois and Dublin will be shown live on TV.

The game, which takes place on Friday evening at 7.30pm in Netwatch Cullen Park in Carlow, will be on TG4.

Coverage will begin on TG4 at 7.20pm and the full match will then be shown.

Micheál Ó Domhnaill will present the coverage, with commentary by Brian Tyers.

This will be the third successive time that Laois have contested and U-20 or U-21 decider against Dublin.

The last time Laois contested a final at the old U-21 grade was against a Dublin team managed by Jim Gavin in 2009.

While this Friday’s game is a repeat of the decider between the two sides last July.

Laois went down 4-18 to 0-17 last year and will be hoping to put that right this time.

You have to go back to 2007 for Laois’s last win at this level and they will be hoping to end the run on Friday evening.
