Talking Sport: Our preview of the Leinster U-20 football final between Laois and Dublin

Brought to you in association with the Anvil Inn

The long awaited day is just 24 hours away for the Laois U-20 footballers.

Friday is Leinster final day, with Laois and Dublin preparing to do battle in Netwatch Cullen Park in Carlow.

Laois are in their second provincial decider at this level in a row – and their third successive one against Dublin.

The last time Laois contested a final at the old U-21 grade was against a Dublin team managed by Jim Gavin in 2009.

While this Friday’s game is a repeat of the decider between the two sides last July.

Laois went down 4-18 to 0-17 last year and will be hoping to put that right this time.

You have to go back to 2007 for Laois’s last win at this level and they will be hoping to end the run on Friday evening with throw in at 7.30pm.

Alan Hartnett is joined by Steven Miller to access Laois’s chances.

Steven regales tales of the past while the lads then go through all of the current squad.

For all of that and much more, check it out!
