A Laois GAA club has moved with the times by unveiling their lotto online.

Secretary Conor Keightley explained that tickets can still be purchased in the usual offline way, there has been a big uptake in the online lotto.

He said: “It made sense really that we went online during these strange times with the Covid-19 pandemic.

“By doing this, it allows people that are part of the community near and far play the lotto from the comfort of their own home.

“There are four options for people who wish to play – three lines for €5, Buy 10 draws, Buy 25 Draws, or buy 50 Draws and get 2 free.

”As well as the jackpot, there are three €20 lucky dip winners each week.

“Playing it is very simple, click the link, pick your numbers, and then add your payment details

“The company we are using is called clubforce and they run a lot of clubs lottos at the moment.

“There is also an App for Apple and Android phone which is very handy to use.”
