JOB VACANCY: JSD Contracting in Portlaoise seeking to hire Office Administrator

JSD Contracting  – Portlaoise, is seeking to fill the following position: Office Administrator: 

The position required is for a busy deadline driven environment. The office is based in Portlaoise. 

Requirements 

  • Have 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role. (Knowledge of construction industry an advantage)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and professionalism
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint) 
  • Have ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Have particular attention to detail. 

Role

  • Administrative support to company Directors.
  • Assist in the efficient Co-ordination/Running of our QEHS Management System.
  • Assist in preparation of quality documentation for external submissions. 
  • Maintenance of company profile on website and social media
  • Maintenance of detailed records.
