Laois school set for car wash fundraiser this Sunday

A Laois primary school are all set for their big fundraiser this weekend.

Members of The Heath National School are going to be looking to wash your cars.

They are setting up base at the Portlaoise Plaza just off the M7 motorway at Junction 17.

From 10am to 3pm, all car washes are €10.

There will also be free treats for children on the day too.

Colm Mulrooney, the site manager at Portlaoise Plaza, is looking forward to hosting the event.

He said: “We are delighted to be hosting The Heath National School on Sunday.

“They have an army of volunteers ready to wash cars and it should be a great day.”
