Triog Restaurant in Midlands Park Hotel will be open every Friday and Saturday evening in December (excluding Christmas Eve) from 6pm-9pm, offering a festive four course meal that is sure to attract all tastes.
Here’s a taster of a meal on offer; to start you can get a Rosemary & Garlic crusted brie on a fresh dough with a freshly made Port, Orange & Cranberry Jam.
For main course why not choose the pan seared Duck fillet with potato gratin and choose a delicious cheesecake of the day for dessert. Your meal will be finished with a hot beverage and a freshly made mince pie.
Charter Bar & Eatery operate 7 days a week, serving carvery from 12:30pm–3pm daily and offering an extensive bar menu after those hours.
The hotel will be closed on Christmas Day and St. Stephen’s Day re-opening December 27th at 12pm.
