JOB VACANCY: Recharge Portlaoise are seeking to hire part-time Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant

Recharge Portlaoise are recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper/Administration assistant.

Working hours are approx 16 hours per week and can be flexible around other commitments/school runs etc.

About the Role

  • Responsible for payment runs and deal directly with suppliers
  • Invoice processing
  • Prepare payroll 
  • Reconciliation of daily cash drops
  • Reconciling of credit card transactions
  • Managing petty cash
  • Maintaining the debtors list and reporting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with audit as appropriate
  • Implement processes and upgrades across finance to help improve efficiency
  • Involvement in ad hoc duties as they arise

About the person

  • Experience in previous accounts/bookkeeping role
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong numerical and IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
