“We’re very proud of what we’ve done with Hanlon Kitchens and this decision allows us to drive our business on to another level.”

Commenting on the change, Declan Cuddy said: “After 30 years in the kitchen business I have decided to step back. I have known Danny for a long while now and I think the timing is right to make a change.

“Due to other business interests we have structured a deal for both of us to move forward and upwards.

“I look forward to working with Danny and the staff in the future. I would like to thank all our customers for their business and support in the past.”
