Scoil Mhuire Abbeyleix brought their school year to a close with a wonderful School Concert.
Parents and extended families were invited into the newly renovated school to enjoy the entertainment.
Students and staff put on an amazing show of songs, stories, and sketches to celebrate the closing of the school year.
The concert was hosted over two days in the school’s Bishop Delaney Hall, and hosted all students from Junior Infants up to 6th class.
The talented students of Scoil Mhuire and their teachers worked tirelessly throughout the month, in between school tours, matches and sports days to rehearse for the show.
Principal Margaret Slevin thanked everyone on the stage and in attendance.
Ms Slevin also thanked the Parents Council, who hosted a raffle on both days.
