In Pictures: Players and supporters turn out in numbers as Graiguecullen GAA celebrates 125 years

Graiguecullen GAA held a special day of celebration to mark the club’s 125th anniversary on Bank Holiday Sunday.

It’s a day that started with mass in Graiguecullen church.

It was followed by a parade to the club grounds in Fr Maher Park.

And then the crowds flocked for a day of entertainment for club members of all ages.

Juvenile games, a fun adult seven-a-side competition, an exhibition of old club material and live music in the afternoon and evening in the clubhouse.

Ahead of that day, we visited the clubhouse on Monday last to record a special edition of the LaoisToday Talking Sport Podcast.

Host Steven Miller was joined by club official Mick Bolton, Finian Brett, Marie Hurley, Mark Timmons and Paul Dargan.

Photographer Paul Dargan was present on the day and captured some great images.
