Gardai have launched an appeal to help locating a missing Laois teenager.
Rua Gormley, also known as Ashley, went missing on Saturday, August 19 from Mountrath.
Rua is 5 foot 3 with a slim build, long blonde hair and green eyes.
Gardai are asking anyone with information to come forward to help them.
A spokesperson said: “Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 14-year-old Rua Grumley who went missing in Mountrath, Co. Laois on Saturday evening, 19th August 2023.
“Rua is also known as Ashley.
“Rua is described as being 5 foot 3 inches in height with a slim build.
“She has long blonde hair and green eyes.
“Anyone with any information on Rua’s whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100 the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.”
