Arsenal and Italian international central midfielder, Jorginho, has pledged his support for Rosenallis' Tractor Draw

A Premier League footballer has thrown his support behind a Laois GAA club’s big fundraiser.

Arsenal and Italian international central midfielder, Jorginho, has pledged his support for Rosenallis’ Tractor Draw.

Arsenal first-team analyst Cillian Callaly, who hails from Rosenallis, managed to nab Jorginho after Arsenal’s 3-1 victory over Manchester United before the international break.

In the video, Jorginho says: “Hey everyone! Rosenallis are doing raffle tickets, please support them and buy some raffle tickets.”

The raffle in question is to win €100,000 or a New Holland T5.120 and tickets can be bought on rosenallisgaa.ie.

The raffle is to fundraise for new clubrooms for Rosenallis. Callaly has said that Jorginho is also interested in buying tickets for the draw himself.

So, should he be the winner, the Arsenal man might be seen rocking up to the Emirates Stadium in a tractor just yet.

To enter the draw, simply log on to https://www.rosenallisgaa.ie/. The Draw is open to the general public aged 18 years and over only.

An adult may buy a ticket or tickets in trust as a gift for someone under 18 years. The winner will be announced on Saturday March 16, 2024.
