Laois primary school launch fundraiser – with Electric Picnic tickets and glamping package up for grabs

Electric Picnic Cosby NS

This is certainly a prize worth winning – and it’s all for a very worthy local cause.

Cosby National School in Stradbally have launched a fundraiser to raise much needed funds to extend their sensory trail around the school as well as contribute to school activities throughout the year.

The raffle will be playable online where one could win two weekend tickets to the sold out 2024 Electric Picnic music and arts festival as well as an off-site glamping package for two on the grounds of Ballykilcavan Brewery.

A festival shuttle service will be provided, also onsite there will be a private bar, food trucks, hot showers as well as a pamper parlour with hairdryers and complimentary phone charging.

See www.electricpicnic.ie and the Pitched Perfect website for more information.

To be in with a chance of winning this incredible prize – see the iDonate page here or contact Cosby NS on 057 8625555.

Tickets are €10 or 6 for €50 and are on sale from February 2 at 12pm and the draw will be held on March 22 at 9am.

Cosby NS is located in the middle of Stradbally and officially opened the extension to their school in April 2022.

Incidentally, they are currently campaigning for a pedestrian crossing to be put in at the school gates to improve safety crossing the busy N80. You can sign that petition here.
