There was serious style on show at the Midlands Park Hotel on Saturday as the Friends of Portlaoise Hospital hosted a Gala Fundraising Ball.
There was a huge crowd in attendance as the ball began with a drinks reception serving prosecco, with music.
Guests were then moved into the ballroom for be a beautiful four-course meal served with wine.
There was then a chance to win a spot prize in a raffle with a ‘Donation Dash’ also taking place on the night.
Popular band Transmitter then took to the stage as those in attendance danced the night away.
The Friends of Portlaoise Hospital was established in 1991 with their main aim being to enhance patient comfort in the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise.
They have done this is many ways since and successful fundraisers like this one enable them to continue to do this.
