It was a hectic day of action in O’Moore Park today as the second day of this year’s Cumann na mBunscol hurling and camogie finals took place.
The O’Moore Park pitch has been split in two for double games with half of the games at the Town End and the other on the Abbeyleix side.
13 finals were played in all and winners came from all sides of the county.
The big winners on the day were Paddock who claimed a double with hurling and camogie success.
There were 13 finals played in total and 12 different Laois schools came out on the winning side.
Portarlington, Castletown, Gaelscoil Phortlaoise, Ballacolla, Holy Family, Abbeyleix, The Heath, Rosenallis, Emo, Raheen and Mountrath all returned home victorious.
