Michael Killeen, Meelick, Portlaoise June 16th 2025 . Peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Son of the late John and Christina Killeen. Beloved husband to Maureen and dearly loved father to Mike. Cherished grandfather to Max and Seb. Deeply regretted by his loving family. Brothers, sisters, brothers in laws, sisters in law. Nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Former colleagues in Laois Hire and HSS Hire.
Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home, Portlaoise from 6.30 until 8 pm on Wednesday evening, with rosary at 7.30 pm. Funeral arriving at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 11 am requiem mass on Thursday morning. Private family cremation will follow. Family flowers only please. Eamonn Dunphy
20, Erkindale Drive, Durrow, Laois, R32X7X8
Eamonn, passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s hospital, Kilkenny, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Mary and his brother John.
Deeply regretted by his loving and devoted wife Helena, son Padraig, daughters Tracey and Gemma, adored grandchildren Grace and Muireann, son-in-law David, sisters Margaret (Ryan) and Kathleen (Dwyer) brother Simon, mother-in-law Kathleen Kearney, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Eamonn will repose at his residence (R32X7X8) on Wednesday June 18th, from 5.00pm concluding with Rosary at 7.00pm. Removal from his residence on Thursday June 19th, arriving in Holy Trinity Church Durrow (R32CK11) for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
House private after 8.00pm on Wednesday please.

Predeceased by his loving wife Breda. Deeply regretted by his loving daughter Yvonne, son John, brothers, sisters, son-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Suzie, grandchildren Jason, Kayleigh, Chloe and Adele, great-grandchildren Malia, Remie, Noah, Bellamy and Éireann, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his daughter Yvonne’s residence, Whitebog, Barrowhouse (R14 R455) on Wednesday afternoon (June 18th) from 4pm. Removal at 10.30am on Thursday morning (June 19th) to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Barrowhouse for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful death of Anne Lawlor formerly of Cloncougher, Geashill Co Offaly. Anne will be reunited with her husband Frank (Bolger) and beloved son Karol, her parents Brigid and Denis, sisters and brothers Brid, Bessie, Paddy and Robert. Loving mother to Mary, Frances, Katherina, Bernadette, Pat, Denis and Bosco. Adored granny to Jordan, Jade, Finn, Kieran, Jarren, Roisin, Stephanie, Tori, Peter, Conor and Megan. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters Laurie, Christy, Denis, Kathleen,Teresa and Anthony, her daughters-in-law Fiona and Rachel, her sons-in-law John, Liam and Jonathan, and her good friends Eileen and Lissie, faithful dog Toby, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, former colleagues in St. Fintan’s Hospital and friends.
Reposal at her residence from 6pm on Tuesday until 9pm. Reposal on Wednesday from 1pm until 9pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal to the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary Abbeyleix on Thursday for 11 am. Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Anne Conroy (née Kelly) 12 Emmett Street Mountmellick and formerly of Emo Co. Laois. Died June 15th 2025 peacefully at home in the loving care of her cherished family.
Beloved wife of Bernard, cherished mother of Michael, Bernard, Anne, Anthony, Kevin, Jennifer, Denise and Stephen. Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, partner, her adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home Mountmellick on Tuesday from 5pm. Recital of the Rosary at 7pm. Removal from her home on Wednesday morning at 10.30am arriving to St Joseph’s Church Mountmelllick for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery
