Emo GAA have announced plans to massively redevelop their club grounds.
They are currently embarking on a new complex development programme.
The two-storey building incorporates seating stand area, dressing rooms, gym, meeting rooms, kitchen and toilet facilities.
The move comes just a few years after they built a second pitch at their venue which was officially launched by a meeting of Cork and Laois footballers in 2013.
In a statement on their Facebook page, they said: “Whilst being of great value to all club members, this project will be of particular benefit to juvenile players the future stars of our club.
“We acknowledge that a lot of people in the parish and beyond already contribute generously to the costs associated with the day to day running of the club.
“Having said that, we strongly believe that this project is too important to defer, and if our club is to progress and provide the facilities that the people of the parish deserve we have no option but to proceed.
“Our hope is that through the years, will be replicated at this important stage of our development.”
