In pictures: Camross GAA honour 2016 juvenile winners

Camross GAA club held an Easter Hurling Camp – Camán Camross – last week and decided to combine their Juvenile Presentation 2016 with it.

Ronan Maher, Tipperary, was special guest along with Dwane Palmer and the Cooper Family, owners of Our Duke the Irish Grand National winner.

Over 100 boys and girls attended the camp over the 3 days.

On Thursday, Camross had a visit from the Tipperary player who presented medals from 2016 to Camross’s U-12s and U-14s along with token of congratulations and appreciation to their U-6s, 8s and 10s.

All were presented with a club medal and a Cul Hero book and collection cards.

The U-12 team received their Div 3 Shield winning medals as well as trophies for winning the LJ Drennan (Kilcotton) memorial tournament, the Tom Ryan (Birr) memorial tournament, Kilkenny League Divisional Final and the Eoin Doran (Camross) Memorial tournament.

The u14 panel received their medals for winning the Laois “B” Feile competition.
