Exporting around the world – but Finline Furniture remain focused on local retail as annual sale looms large again

Finlinefurniture

The hugely popular Finline Furniture annual sale returns on January 5, 6 and 7, with up to 70% off some of their ex-display items.

The Emo-based business – which this year broke through the barrier of having exported their sofas and chairs to over 50 countries – have also expanded their retail services in Ireland.

In September they sent an order for furniture and chairs to a diplomat’s residence in Nigeria (Country 49) and in November they sent several items to Qatar for a Hotel Contract they are involved in to break the 50 barrier.

However the company remains very focused on its local retail  business which is an essential part of its continued success.

“We have expanded our retail presence in Ireland so that people can come and buy directly from Finline at factory prices,” Sales Director Ciaran Finane explained.

“We opened showrooms in Cork in recent years and in the past year we have expanded our showrooms in Dublin and at our factory in Laois.

“In addition, we have recently completed a full rebuild of our website finlinefurniture.ie. Our online presence through our website and Social Media is an area we are very focused on in the coming year,” explained Mr Finane.

Finline Furniture employs nearly 50 staff at their factory Headquarters in Emo and are hoping for continued growth in 2018.

Mr Finane also announced dates to their annual 3 day factory sale at their premises in Emo, Co Laois.

“This will take place on January 5, 6 and 7,2018. As always customers are advised to come early as the queues are usually huge particularly on the first morning of the sale.

“Lots of bargains can be had with many ex display items going for as much as 70% off.”
