Our Wedding Story: Clare Coleman and Kevin Flynn

This week we have brought back our wedding feature.
Clare Coleman from Vicarstown and Kevin Flynn from Courtwood are the couple to feature on our wedding series this week.
The couple met on New Year’s Eve in 2012 in the well-known Coppers night club in Portlaoise.
After a three-year romance they got engaged on a weekend away in The Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin in August 2015.
The couple kept their wedding local as they tied the knot last spring on St Patrick’s weekend in Vicarstown church with the reception afterwards in the Clanard Court in Athy.

And with both Kevin and Clare having a huge interest in the GAA, there was a strong GAA theme running throughout – with some of the photos taken in Annanough GAA club (where Clare is secretary) and the flag of Kevin’s club, rivals Courtwood, making an appearance on the wedding cake!
