Property Watch: How much will a three bedroom house cost you around Portlaoise

On this week’s Property Watch, we are going to focus on the county town of Portlaoise. With one of the quickest rising populations in the country, Portlaoise has seen a rise in house prices in recent years.

What we are looking for in this week’s feature is five houses in different locations around the town. The main areas are the Dublin road, the Stradbally road, the Mountmellick road, the Mountrath road and the Borris road.
