FRIDAY MAY 18

Teenage KICKS
Teenage KICKS is coming back to Portarlington RFC. On Friday 18 there is an U-18 festival while Saturday May 19 is aimed for over 18s. Both days will host a range of acts including Cardinal Sins, Knights of Leon and Daft Funk.

Tickets for both days are available from Centra on Main Street, Portarlington and the Brew café, Portlaoise.

Friends of Fiacc’s
Friends of Fiacc’s House are holding a table quiz in Graigue GAA Club at 8pm.

SATURDAY MAY 19

Bealtaine Festival
An afternoon of bingo, song and dance will take place in St Canice’s Hall, Borris-in-Ossory, from 2pm to 5pm.

SUNDAY MAY 20

Portarlington Lion Club 10th Anniversary
Portarlington Lion Club are celebrating their 10th Anniversary and are hosting the Garda Band in St Michael’s Church, Portarlington, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Tickets can be purchased from Brian Whelan Electrical, Saoirse Care Charity Shop and Willie Murphy Furniture store.

Easyriders Charity cycle
Easyriders are hosting a 5km run/walk at Emo Court. The run will begin at 11am and the walk at 11.30am. This year’s cycle will raise funds for the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association. Registration starts at 10am.

Tractor Run

A ‘Run Baby Run’ tractor run in aid of The Combe’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit will be hosted on Meredith’s Farm, Beechgrove, Drumneen, at 3pm. Registration starts from 1pm and there will be a 99 cone gien out to evert participant.
