Peter Delaney, Trumera, Mountrath, Co.Laois. – Died 4th October 2018, (peacefully), in the loving care of matron and staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home, Mountrath this Friday evening from 8.0’clock, with Rosary at 9.0’clock. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Mountrath, for Funeral Mass at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath.

Green Rd., Portlaoise, Laois

Doyle (nee Horan) Green Rd., Portlaoise, Oct. 4th 2018. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth (Lil), beloved wife of William and dearly loved mother to Phillip, Paul, Gregory, Damian, and Michael. Deeply regretted by her loving family, brothers Michael and John, sisters Bernie and Phil, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home from 6.30 pm on Saturday with rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Sunday to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 12.30 pm Mass. Interment afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to charity. House private please.

Reposing at his cousin (Shiela Moore’s) house Ballyouskill from 6.00pm on Friday evening. Rosary on Saturday evening at 7.00pm. Removal on Sunday morning to Holy Trinity Church, Durrow for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Husband of the Late Betty. Deeply regretted by his loving family and friends. Reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy from 8pm this evening, Thursday with Rosary at 9pm. Removal at 6pm on Friday evening, to arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Ballylinan for 6.30pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Saturday morning followed by burial in Ballylinan Cemetery.

Michael Langford, Emo, Co. Laois. Formerly Santry, Dublin and Cappaoquin, Co. Waterford. Died Oct 3rd Peacefully at The Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Predeceased by his wife May. Deeply regretted by his family relatives and friends.

Michael will repose in the home of his nephew John and Margaret Carn from 3pm on Thursday. Recital of The Rosary at 8pm. Removal Friday morning at 11.20am to St. Paul’s Church, Emo arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial after in The New Cemetery.

Anton (Better known as Anto) Heffernan, Hillcrest, Ringstown, Mountrath, Co. Laois died September 30th 2018. Peacefully, after a short illness, at Naas Regional Hospital. Paddy, beloved husband of the late Eileen and loving father to Benny, Thomas, James, John-Joe, Patricia and Derek. Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home from 6.30pm on Sunday evening with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Monday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s church for 10am Mass. Interment afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.

Maura Gillman died peacefully in the loving care of Signature Care, Killerig. Retired teacher, Presentation College. Treasured wife of Paddy and much loved mother of Marie, Dick and Michael. Predeceased by her sisters Pheny and Delma and granddaughter Kate. Sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sons, son-in-law William, daughters-in-law Stephanie and Marie, grandchildren Elaine, Eimear, Stephen, Patrick, Jack, David, Conor and Sarah, great-grandchildren Sam and Isabelle, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home (Eircode R93 D7W3) from 4pm on Saturday concluding with prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 1pm in St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery. House private on Sunday morning. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Carlow County Hospice Fund.
