After a brief Electric Picnic break, we are back with our latest Podcast.

This week, it is all about hurling as the top four grades in the hurling championship get down to real business.

The Junior and Intermediate hurling championships are at semi final stage this weekend with Park-Ratheniska-Timahoe, Portlaoise, Castletown, The Harps, Camross, Clough-Ballacolla, Mountmellick and Borris-Kilcotton all in action.

We also have the final group games in the Senior A and Senior championship with all bar two of the 16 teams involved not assured of their fate.

Portlaoise will contest the senior championship relegation final regardless of the outcome of their clash with Rathdowney-Errill who are also guaranteed to be group winners and semi finalists no matter the result.

However, all other games will have semi final and quarter final places up for grabs while teams will also be hoping to avoid the dreaded relegation final.

This week, the lads are joined by Park-Ratheniska-Timahoe man Martin ‘Dagger’ Langton to preview all of the games.

Alan Hartnett and Steven Miller are also there to offer their insights on what promises to be an exciting weekend.
