LISTEN: Ladies finals, venue controversy and a huge club rivalry – its’s our LaoisToday Podcast

There is plenty of hurling this weekend but there is also a huge calendar of Ladies Games to follow.

The season comes to a crescendo this weekend with two games on Saturday and another on Sunday.

O’Moore Park is the venue for the Junior and Intermediate finals on Saturday afternoon.

The Junior final sees Ballyfin back once again to take on Clonaslee in what promises to be a close encounter.

After that, 2018 Junior champions St Paul’s are looking to move up another grade again as they take on Ballyroan in the intermediate decider.

Then on Sunday, it is off to Crettyard for two more game as the senior relegation and championship finals are down for decision.

The relegation final is between Shanahoe and St Brigid’s at 12.30pm while the senior final throws in two hours later.

Sarsfields, contesting their 14th final in a row, are up against old rivals Timahoe.

To take a look at all of those games, our former colleague Siun Lennon joins Steven Miller and Alan Hartnett to discuss each of the games.
