The football weekend has extended into Monday this week and it will go on a little longer now with a replay still to come.
The All-Ireland final replay between Dublin and Kerry led Laois GAA to reschedule their games and two semi finals will take place tonight at the same time.
At 8pm in O’Moore Park, Rosenallis will bid to join neighbours Clonaslee in the Intermediate final when they take on Portlaoise.
Junior football winners in 2016, Rosenallis have been remarkably consistent at intermediate level since – reaching the semi final last year where they were beaten by Mountmellick Gaels.
They have enjoyed routine wins over Annanough and The Rock so far – scoring 5-30 in the process.
As for Portlaoise, they defeated Clonaslee in Round 1 but then lost out to Mountmellick in Round 2.
This set up a quarter final tie with Annanough which they won by 1-16 to 1-6 to progress to the last four.
Meanwhile, in Stradbally at the same time, O’Dempsey’s and The Heath will meet for the second time in the Junior football championship.
O’Dempsey’s were 1-16 to 0-11 winners when the pair clashed back in Round 2 and are favourites to come out on top again.
