A coffee morning for Pieta House will take place on Wednesday, October 23.
The event will take place from 10 am to 11.30 am in Portlaoise Parish Centre.
Host Thomas Lynch is aiming to raise funds for Pieta House in order to help keep their services going for those who have lost loved ones through suicide so they can avail of counselling and support services.
Pieta House has helped over 40,000 people and established fifteen subsequent centres all over Ireland with over 270 therapists and administration staff.
All funds raised go to Pieta House and all are welcome to keep these services up and running.
