In Pictures: Heath golf club fundraiser a major success

The Heath Golf Club fundraiser held on September 28th proved to be a tremendous success.

The sun was shining down across the course and the spirits were high by all participants and spectators.

A total of 41 teams participated including club members and visitors.

It was organized by Peter Doolan and the clubhouse committee and sponsored by Michael Quilty of Safe Life and Pensions Insurance Brokers Company Ltd.

The winners were as followed:

Winners 97pts – J. Butler, T. Butler, G. Kirby and M.O’Neill.

Runners up 96pts – P. Fitzpatrick, T. Fennelly, D. Kileen and E.Redmond.

Best Ladies 80pts – M. Mills, C. Reilly, T. Boyle and S. Ging.

Best Mens 92pts – J. Beere, J Brennan, P Delaney and E.Dollard.

Best Mixed 91pts – M. Booth, J. Booth, D. Booth and P. Booth.

Included also were 15 other prize winners.

The winner of the prize for the weekend away was Liam Delaney to Faithlegg Hotel and Golf Resort which was sponsored by Michael Quilty and Safe Life and Pensions.

It looked to be a fantastic day for all involved and showcased some great skill and sportsmanship.
