If you’ve been looking to get active this January then look no further than getting up and running this Saturday.
Operation Transformation are coming to Emo this Saturday, January 18.
The show’s doctor, Dr. Sumi will be joined by Claire Beakhurst to at 11am.
The walk will take place in Emo Court & Parklands and is part of the nationwide initiative to get active this new year and live a healthier lifestyle.
Claire Beakhurst started out the season of Operation Transformation as a leader however she had to pull out of the show due to health reasons.
However, that hasn’t stopped her from keeping active and making an effort and she will be hoping many Laois people will do the same this weekend.
It’s the perfect excuse to get up and going!
