Gardai are investigating a number of burglaries in Laois yesterday.
They happened between 9am and 6pm in the Ballyroan and Attanagh areas in Laois.
Gardai are appealing for information and have launched the following appeal.
They say: “Gardaí in Portlaoise are investigating two burglaries that occurred on Wednesday January 15 between 9am and 6pm in the Ballyroan and Attanagh areas of Laois.
“They are particularly interested in the movements of a white van with blue stripe on drivers side.
“If you say any suspicious persons or vehicles in these areas during that time please let Gardai know.
