Laois GAA

The Laois U-20s Leinster quarter final clash against Westmeath has been called off.

With the ground in MW Hire O’Moore Park filling up, the referee made the decision to call off the game 15 minutes before throw in.

Pitch inspections in both the Centre of Excellence and O’Moore Park had been passed at 8am and 12pm but Storm Dennis intensified since.

Torrential rain has fallen for the last hour and the game is now off.
