In Pictures: Smiles galore as more Laois students among graduates in IT Carlow

More Laois people have been pictured receiving their certificates following graduations ceremonies at IT Carlow recently.

Craig Murray from Mountmellick graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Management from the Faculty of Lifelong Learning at Institute of Technology Carlow.

Craig is pictured below with his parents Tina and Henry at the conferring ceremony.

Meanwhile, Gemma Byrne from Mountrath graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Management from the Faculty of Lifelong Learning at Institute of Technology Carlow.

She is pictured below with her parents Noreen and William Byrne plus her boyfriend Brian Gorman.

Also, Mountrath native Ruta Maciuliene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accounting.

The conferring is one of 20 such ceremonies which took place during January.

These saw 2500 graduates conferred with degrees, higher degrees and doctorates across the Institute of Technology Carlow campuses and locations in Carlow, Wexford and Wicklow.
